Finally the long awaited day has arrived! We have grass.
We had a lot of help from friends, family and neighbors. I think they were almost as excited as we were.
Caleb was a good helper too. He loved to unroll the sod and tell everyone where to put it. He was pretty excited!
After it was in he got to run through the sprinklers. I don't know if he's ever done that before. It seems like each time we get grass, we move right after.
I have to admit, we didn't quite measure right. We ran out of sod in the back yard, so it's only about half done. Oh well, it's still better than before. Hopefully we can finish this week sometime!
