Here is a photo of the man I've hired to do our landscaping. I'll admit he was my second choice, but he underbid anyone around. Our other landscaper wouldn't get back with us, so I hired this handy guy!
The dirt is pretty FUN to play in, but very messy.
We are making progress. Our sprinkler system is in, and topsoil has been delivered.
The boys just loved watching the dump trucks bring the topsoil. 10 loads of it. It's very rocky here.
When I said the "boys" loved watching the dump trucks, I meant ALL the boys!

Go Alligators!

Last Saturday was our last soccer game of the season. The parents lined up and made a tunnel with our hands for the kids to run through. At the other end they got their medals. It was fun to watch them. They were so excited.
The Alligators finished the season off 1-9, but they had a great time. When we got in the car to leave Caleb said, "Mom, I've been waiting my whole life to get a medal just like this one."

Laundry Helpers

Nothing too exciting has been happening around here lately. The weather has been cold and not so nice outside.
We've had to get creative and find fun things to do.
Caleb & Logan are always so helpful around the house, as you can see.

Easter in California

For Easter break we went to Indio, California, close to Tanya and Ray. We had a great time with family. One of our favorite things to do there was go swimming.
The resort had a lazy river. Caleb didn't want to get out, and Logan loved playing catch in the water.
We spent some time in Joshua Tree National Park. Caleb, Steve and Uncle Thayne went rock climbing.
Doesn't Caleb look like a professional!
They made it to the top!

The Annual Play Group Easter Egg Hunt

It was time for the annual play group easter egg hunt. We meet at the church, let the kids play inside while we hide eggs outside.
Logan was very excited to pick up the eggs, now that he is walking.
The boys loved running around with their friends, and seeing what was inside of the plastic eggs.

Then the best part. Eating the treats!
