Happy Anniversary!

Mini Marathon

Today our primary had a mini marathon around the neighborhood. It was so much fun. They marked the course with chalk and arrows showing the kids which way to run, there were cones placed where they crossed the road, and parents and neigbors were there to make sure everyone was safe.

Each kid got a number and a medal at the end. There were neighbors out on their lawns cheering for the kids. Some neighbors even made signs saying "Go Cedarview Ward."

I thought it was an awesome idea, and the kids and adults loved it too!
