New Playgroup

Just letting everyone know we started having playgroup at the library instead. We are meeting every Wednesday @ 10:00 AM. We're checking out books, then having a picnic at the park after. Anyone who wants to come is welcome.

Kindergarten

Today was Caleb's first day of Kindergarten. He's already been promoted to college. What a smartie. Just kidding! The charter school is not quite ready so the first few days will be held at SUU. Today his class was in the science building. He saw a bat, snake, snail and stuffed grizzly, coyote and buffalo. He thought it was pretty cool. He asked if we have any books about bats so he can learn more. Here he is with his teacher Mrs. Grafelman. He said she was very nice and so were the other kids.
I was worried if I would have a hard time sending him off to Kindergarten, but I think pre-school prepared me for that. Besides it's still only half a day. I bet it will be a big change next year in First Grade.

I Love Lightning McQueen!

I thought I'd had enough of Lightning McQueen until recently. It has always been Logan's favorite movie. We have watched it way too many times. We always play with our Lightning McQueen cars too.
Logan recently showed some interest in using the potty. We went out and bought "Cars" underwear, pull-ups and stickers. It has been like magic. He doesn't want to get his Lightning McQueen underwear dirty so he goes in the potty. He wants to get his stickers on his chart too. He was been dry the last two weeks with only a few days of accidents. He is amazing! If only Caleb had been that easy.
